Summary:
The RN Supervisor oversees nursing staff and ensures quality patient care during assigned shifts. They act as a leader, supporting staff and maintaining smooth unit operations.
Responsibilities:
Supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
Ensure proper patient care and documentation
Handle admissions, discharges, and staffing issues
Respond to emergencies and support clinical decisions
Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulations
