Location: Harrisburg, PA
Pay Rate: $19.00–$20.00 per hour
Shift: 1st - Mon-Fri (7am-4pm)
Job Summary:
- Cannonball Recruiting is seeking a dependable Shop Hand for an opportunity in Harrisburg, PA . This position will primarily be responsible for insulating ductwork and curbs in a shop environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who is hands-on, reliable, and eager to learn in a manufacturing or sheet metal setting.
Responsibilities:
- Insulate ductwork and curbs according to shop specifications
- Assist with general shop duties as needed
- Handle materials and help prepare products for production or shipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
- Support other shop personnel with basic labor tasks and production needs
Qualifications:
- Previous shop, construction, manufacturing, or sheet metal experience is helpful but not required
- Ability to work with hand tools and materials in a shop environment
- Comfortable performing physical work, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
