Job Summary:

Build Your Career While Building Community. Montco SAAC is seeking a high-energy Communications & Digital Media Coordinator. This is a unique opportunity to manage a "one-person department" with the support of experienced mentors. is a core part of our team, responsible for articulating and amplifying Montco SAAC's mission and programs to our community. This role will manage our social media channels, create a monthly newsletter, and handle both internal and external communications, creating a robust dialogue between staff, donors, and community stakeholders.

What You Will Do:

• Social Media: Manage and grow our Meta platforms. You will capture the daily energy of our senior centers and Art Center through photos and video.
• Web Management: Maintain our Wix websites. You will handle SEO and e-commerce for Art Center registrations.
• Content Creation: Design and publish our quarterly newsletter using Canva and Constant Contact.
• Brand Stewardship: Ensure our visual identity remains consistent across all programs.
• Innovation: Act as our internal AI coach. You will help staff use modern tools like Gemini or ChatGPT to work more efficiently.

What You Need:

• High proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Wix (or similar), and Canva (or similar).
• Strong writing and visual storytelling skills.
• Highly motivated and energetic personality to engage with our community.
• Reliable transportation for travel between Norristown and Ambler.
• A desire to learn and implement new technologies.

Qualifications:

- Experience with Meta Business Suite required.

- Proficient with MS Office 365.

- Experience with web management through the Wix or similar platform.

- Understanding of editorial writing, marketing, and branding.
