About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inspection Sitter to support our solar installation team during scheduled inspections. The Inspection Sitter will be responsible for being on-site to meet inspectors, grant access to the property, and ensure the inspection process runs smoothly. This role requires someone punctual, professional, and comfortable interacting with both inspectors and homeowners..

What You’ll Do:

• Be present on-site for scheduled inspections to represent the company.
• Provide inspectors with access to the property and equipment.
• Open the main electrical panel safely for inspection.
• Answer basic questions from inspectors or direct them to the appropriate team member.
• Communicate inspection results and notes back to the project team.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with inspectors, homeowners, and other parties.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
  
  

You’re a Great Fit If You Have:

• Prior experience with electrical work or solar installation preferred.
• Ability to safely open and close main electrical panels.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.
• Basic understanding of solar or electrical systems is a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License and can pass a criminal background check
