Commercial HVAC/R Technician
Position: HVAC/R Technician
We are looking for a qualified technician in three Commercial areas: HVAC, Refrigeration and Cooking equipment installation and repair, while knowing the three elements of our business: Gas, Electric and Refrigeration
Responsibilities:
- Inspecting Refrigeration and HVAC systems: Observing operations
- Diagnosing issues: The ability to troubleshoot problems, identify solutions and get system up and running
- Performing routine maintenance such as cleaning, and replacing necessary parts
- Advising customer by providing recommendation
- Great Communication Skills, the ability to explain work perform with customers
- Be a part of the on call rotation
Requires:
- 5+ years of industry experience or Military equivalent training
- Experience in services and preventative maintenance of HVAC/R equipment (i.e.,
- Refrigeration systems, HVAC, ice machines, etc.)
- Ability to read/understand electrical and schematics
- Previous knowledge or some training on cooking equipment
- Strong mechanical skills
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to interact professionally with customers
- Proficient in Windows-based software
- EPA Certification
- Valid Drivers license
