Pick/Pack Lead – York, PA

Midway Staffing is currently hiring an experienced Pick/Pack Lead for a warehouse facility in York, PA . This is a great opportunity for someone with leadership experience in a pick/pack environment who is ready to take ownership of daily operations and drive team performance.

Schedule:
Full-time | Monday–Friday | 1st Shift (Start time: 7:00 AM)
(Some flexibility and occasional overtime required)

Pay Rate:
Starting at $18r (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of pickers and packers to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.

• Coordinate order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and timely shipment of products.

• Train new employees on SOPs, picking systems, and safety procedures.

• Monitor workflow and reassign tasks as needed to maintain efficiency.

• Communicate with management on any issues affecting operations.

• Ensure all team members are following safety and quality guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1–2 years of warehouse lead or supervisory experience in a pick/pack role.

• Familiarity with RF scanners, warehouse management systems, and order tracking.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to lead a team by example and maintain a positive, productive environment.

• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
