Job Description
Experience in Electrical, Carpentry, Plumbing & Painting. Handle Tenants Maintenance Work Orders. Be courteous to Tenants & visitors. Dependable, Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, Good work ethics with attention to details & takes pride in the completed work. On-Site preferred. Available 24/7 for Emergency Calls.
Must have a drivers license and vehicle. Ability to handle power tools.
High School Diploma and Maintenance Vocational Training
3-5 years Experience in similar position.
