We are recruiting a Solutions Specialist for our Corporate office located in Bethel Park, PA. Summary of Basic Function: This position performs a number of functions relating to the maintenance of the bank's Commercial, Residential, Construction, Home Equity and Consumer loan portfolio, including booking new loans to the system, processing payments and balancing loan accounts, problem solving, tracking exception items, and following up on trailing documents for a completed file accurately and in strict compliance with all federal and state regulations. In addition, the position requires complex problem solving, root cause analysis, risk identification, process improvement, leading change, and driving for results. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Timely and accurately books new loan data onto the Bank's core processing system through review and interpretation of legal documents such as loan agreements, guarantees and promissory notes.
  • Utilizes knowledge of bankruptcy, forbearance, loan performance to process renewals and modifications.
  • Reviews booked loans for accuracy within established SLA's.
  • Familiarity with standard and complex loan documentation as it relates to both Residential and Commercial Real Estate, and Commercial C&I
  • Working knowledge of residential real estate mortgage compliance regulsations, including: TRID, RESPA, HMDA, FDPA, FCRA, and assorted CFPB guidelines as they relate to residential lending.
  • Accurately and independently post current, delinquent, exception, and payoff loan payments in accordance with Bank procedures
  • Ensures that all requisite loan documentation is retained in the bank's digital document storage system.
  • Reviews collateral documentation and files appropriate liens with county, DMV, UCC
  • Maintains system for the tracking, disbursing, and administrating of tax, homeowners' insurance and flood insurance escrow on real estate related loans; processes payments to vendors/agencies and facilitates annual escrow analysis.
  • Processes customer information changes, file maintenance and correspondence efficiently and in accordance with bank policy
  • Accurately and efficiently responds to requests for payoffs, balances, transaction inquiries, complaint resolution, etc.
  • Reviews maturing and closed loans for correct amortization and collection of any remaining fees and charges.
  • Files necessary satisfactions and releases.
  • Collaborates tactfully with all internal and external service partners in accordance with the Banks core values.
  • Represents and promotes a favorable image and upholds the reputation of the Bank through involvement in community activities.
  • Additional tasks and responsibilities may be assigned based on business need.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Two years minimum banking experience required, with preference given to those with residential and commercial loan experience.
  • Fluency in advanced Microsoft Office

  • Job may require working evenings and Saturdays. Job may require local travel between branches or offsite travel for training.

  • The position is headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and incumbent will need to live within a commutable distance.
