Yards Brewing Company is seeking Seasonal Packaging team members to support our Packaging Department with a variety of hands-on projects.

This on-call position is ideal for individuals who are dependable, detail-oriented, and flexible with their availability. You'll assist with sorting variety packs, rework, palletizing, depalletizing, running can line, and more — depending on the needs of each project.

• Assist with packaging and sorting tasks as assigned

• Palletizing and depalletizing product

• Perform rework and variety pack sorting

• Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area

Requirements:

• Flexible availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays

• Ability to work on an on-call basis depending on project needs

• Dependable and punctual

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, SOPs, and safety protocols

• Positive attitude and willingness to receive constructive feedback

• Must have appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to company safety policies

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a warehouse, packaging, food, beverage, or brewery environment

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous packaging or warehouse experience is a plus and will be prioritized
