Key Responsibilities

As a Lead Development Specialist, you would be responsible for managing the confirmation of incoming calls from our Territory Sales Representatives. This involves qualifying appointments that are set for homeowners. You will need to accurately input information into the system, ensuring all appointments meet the company standards. This position requires working in a fast-paced environment, often in close coordination with all of the sales departments and homeowners.

Requirements

• Associates Degree Preferred
• A highly organized individual with a positive, upbeat attitude and an exceptional work ethic
• Data Entry skills
• Must have excellent communication/phone skills and the ability to multi-task

Total Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000
