Faculty Professor - Full-Time
• Leadership experience that demonstrates the capability to manage complex academic and clinical operations at scale, including distributed teams and diverse practice settings
• A demonstrated commitment to advancing research infrastructure and a record of supporting basic, translational, and clinical science
• Leadership experience in complex academic health systems with an understanding of the operational, financial, and strategic dimensions of department-level management
• A track record of building interdisciplinary and collaborative relationships across clinical departments or research teams
• Familiarity with emerging technologies in radiology and their potential impact on clinical practice, research, and education
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to inspire confidence, drive organizational change, and lead culture transformation across diverse constituencies
• Strong commitment to faculty recruitment, retention, and career development, with experience mentoring across academic ranks and/or practice types
• A commitment to educational innovation, with demonstrated support of training programs that prepare the next generation of radiology leaders
• An entrepreneurial mindset with an understanding of financial sustainability, strategic partnerships, and growth strategies in academic medicine.
