- Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC/R equipment.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to extend equipment life.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot performance issues and failures.
- Adhere to safety and environmental regulations without compromise.
- Deliver excellent customer service with clear, timely communication.
- Document work performed and track parts used with accuracy.
- Collaborate with teammates to refine processes and elevate quality.
- Keep pace with industry trends and new HVAC/R technologies.
- Service radius, 2 hours.
- High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC/R technical certification preferred.
- 3-5 Year experience HVAC/R with commercial service/install experience.
- Proven experience as an HVAC/R technician, preferably in commercial settings.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC/R systems, components, and tools.
- Ability to read/interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Strong analytical troubleshooting and attention to detail.
- Valid "Real Id" drivers license and clean driving record (required).
- Clean MVR and Background for high clearance locations.
- Clear communicator with a customer-first mindset.
- Works well independently and within a team.
