• What You'll Be Doing

You will play a major role in keeping production on track by:

• ?? Packaging, unpackaging, sorting, staging, and prepping materials for production
• ?? Using a PC to enter simple data into our systems
• ?? Working in a high-speed, high-volume environment
• ?? Hitting daily production goals (80%+ of target)
• ?? Putting away and pulling equipment/parts as needed
• ?? Keeping your work area clean, organized, and efficient
• ?? Jumping in on other tasks to support the team

• What Makes You a Great Fit
• Comfortable standing for the entire shift
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic production or computer skills
• Experience with shipping, warehouse work, material handling, picking/packing is a plus - but not required!

• Work Schedule

We Offer Two Shifts Designed To Fit Different Lifestyles

1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Mon-Fri)

2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM

• Training for 2nd shift will be on 1st shift for the first 10 days.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Chester, PA.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.50/hr.
