This role is ideal for someone who thrives in community settings, cares deeply about equity and enjoys problem solving with people. Training is provided. Responsibilities
- 1:1 meetings with older adults to assess need, goal planning, referral to resources, and follow up.
- Event planning.
- Front desk support.
- Recruitment of senior companions.
- Assisting with programming.
- Each CRN will develop a hub specific project to benefit the location.
- This position requires the CRN to travel between (3) senior living locations in Easton to provide services.
