PM Prep/Line Cook

Patchwork is hiring a PM Prep/Line Cook

This is a Monday-Friday position, two days on the line and three doing prep. We're a full service restaurant on the second floor of the Hyatt Centric in Rittenhouse serving primarily bar food and entrees.

Line days are generally slow, but as it's a solo position candidates will need to be prepared to work cleanly and efficiently during busier services (including expediting for yourself)

Prep days are a little more flexible as far as the schedule goes. You'll be given a list at the start of each day and the order in which you complete it is up to you.

Line experience is less important than knife skills and experience with reading and interpreting recipes, but basic protein cookery skills are a plus. We are happy to train you up for the job if you show an aptitude for consistent quality work
