Director of Nursing ( DON )

Concordia at Bethlen is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to be their next Director of Nursing ( DON ) to lead all clinical operations at their Skilled Nursing Unit.
This Director of Nursing ( DON ) position is a full-time leadership role that offers a highly competitive salary that will commensurate with experience , along with an outstanding benefits package and an environment for growth .
Selected Candidate will receive a $5,000.00 SIGN ON BONUS!
As the Director of Nursing ( DON ) , you’ll oversee all aspects of nursing services, including:
- Staff management
- Regulatory compliance, quality improvement and interdisciplinary coordination
- Resident care initiatives
- Maintaining high standards of care and may assume administrative duties in the absence of the Administrator.
Qualifications of a Director of Nursing ( DON ):
- Active RN license in Pennsylvania and a graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, including in a skilled nursing setting
- Proven leadership and communication skills
- Familiarity with skilled nursing state and federal regulations
