Project Cost Support

Bilfinger Industrial Services, known as a leading one-stop shop provider for complex industrial services, is seeking to fill a Client/Project Cost Support position at our Mehoopany, PA Site location. This position requires a self-motivated individual to support the Project Manager, Project Team, and other Client Personnel in managing transactions and data to ensure conformity with corporate policy. The individual will be a member of the project team responsible for completing transactional work and other duties as assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Perform support tasks for Mehoopany Environmental Group (MEG)
• Enter timesheets for Employees and Subcontractors
• May work with the Project Team to establish project structure in SAP
• Perform Transactional work as requested including:
• GR/IR
• Estimates
• Requisitions
• Forecast and track project spend
• Attend regularly scheduled meetings
• Adhoc duties as needed

Requirements:

• Knowledge of basic accounting terms and functions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, time management, and organizational skills are required.
• Excellent computer skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
