Customer Service Specialist
Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused individual to join our team as a full-time Customer Service Specialist at our Rural Valley branch! This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying customer needs, and providing personalized banking solutions. As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll play a key role in delivering excellent service while supporting both deposit and lending functions.

Job Description
- Provide a broad range of services to customers, including deposit and loan products
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services
- Process new accounts, loans, and related documentation
- Monitor overdrafts and assist customers with repayment solutions
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve service-related issues
- Support branch sales goals and participate in customer outreach efforts
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of banking experience preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and sales skills
- Knowledge of bank products, services, and operating procedures
- Proficient computer skills and attention to detail
