Sales Customer Service Representative

The role of a Sales Customer Service Representative is to help customers understand the products and services being offered by a company. A Sales Customer Service Representative also handles concerns, complaints, or other issues. Their job is to help ensure customer satisfaction. Sales Customer Service Representatives also help promote continued customer interest in the company’s products or services. This is a Sales position with an emphasis on customer service.

A good Sales customer service representative anticipates customer concerns and offers practical solutions to resolve them

Business is booming, and we need individuals with superior communication, problem-solving, and people skills to be a part of our team. Our entry-level Sales Customer Representatives are at the forefront of our consumer communications and play an integral role in our overall success.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Handle customer complaints by providing solutions, often within a time limit to ensure the customer is satisfied.
• Learn to identify customer needs or desires in order to recommend the appropriate product or service. NRG
• Work with colleagues when necessary to resolve customer complaints.
• Provide feedback to our client to help improve sales, marketing, and business processes.
• Learn about the products inside and out to be able to answer any questions from customers.

• Attention to detail
• Patience to be able to stay calm in an intense environment
• Ability to multitask since some tasks will require a Customer Service Representative to communicate with multiple customers at one time
• Strong organizational skills to be able to keep up with various customer needs and conduct follow-ups in a timely manner
• Adaptability and flexibility in order to deal with different customers and needs in a short period of time
• Leadership skills like being able to help lead or manage a team of other Customer Service Representatives

Salary - Base Pay: $47,840 per year including cash bonuses. This is not a commission-based bonus but bonuses would be earned based on performance. Our company sets targets that employees must achieve or surpass. Once they do, they will be entitled to a corresponding bonus for their good performance.

To obtain a Performance Bonus employees will demonstrate one or more of the following:

• Positive impact on customer satisfaction.
• Substantial improvement to an existing process.
• Measurable increase in revenues.
