The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a Director of Operations with deep expertise in transportation, logistics, and supply chain strategy. This individual will oversee multi-channel operational workflows, lead high-performing teams, optimize carrier networks, and build the systems that support sustainable growth. Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership across all logistics and operations functions, ensuring efficient and cost-effective freight movement.
• Oversee carrier management, operational processes, and service-level performance across multiple transportation modes.
• Develop and implement scalable systems, SOPs, and operational frameworks to support rapid company growth.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, solve inefficiencies, and drive measurable improvements in cost, service, and productivity.
• Lead, mentor, and develop operations staff to build a high-performance team culture.
• Serve as a senior point of contact for key carriers, vendors, and enterprise-level partners.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on long-term strategic planning, budgeting, and operational initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and customer requirements.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of senior-level experience in logistics operations, transportation management, or supply chain leadership.
• Proven success overseeing multi-modal freight operations, routing strategies, or large-scale transportation networks.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and build operational improvements around it.
• Experience developing SOPs, optimizing processes, and scaling teams or departments.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-management skills.
