HVAC Service Technician

Pay: $25.00 To $45.00 Hourly

Location: Exton, PA

Horn Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician in Exton, PA . The ideal candidate will already have HVAC work experience and be able to perform repair/maintenance work accurately.

Responsibilities:

• Service all equipment according to an established service schedule, company standards, and within acceptable time frames; troubleshoot and resolve issues on-site.
• Perform occasional residential HVAC installations and system replacements as needed.
• Interact with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address their HVAC concerns.
• Document all work completed legibly and accurately according to company policy and submit daily.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships in the field to ensure excellent service and enhance the company’s image.
• Follow all safety procedures, including safe driving practices and no mobile device usage while operating vehicles.
• Apply product knowledge and pursue additional training/education as appropriate.

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2-5 years of HVAC Experience
• EPA – Universal Certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license / clean driving record
• OSHA 10-hour Construction Course preferred
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds

The starting hourly base wage for this position is $25-$45. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
