Company Overview gpac is partnered with a well-established manufacturing company specializing in structural steel fabrication and erection for commercial construction projects. Due to continued growth and a strong project backlog, they are seeking an experienced Structural Steel Estimator to join their team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for structural steel fabrication and erection projects

• Perform material take-offs and pricing using Tekla EPM

• Review drawings and specifications to ensure scope completeness

• Track and incorporate labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor costs

• Monitor scope changes and adjust estimates accordingly

• Collaborate with internal teams to support successful bid execution

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in the structural steel industry

• Strong proficiency with Tekla EPM

• Solid understanding of structural steel fabrication and erection processes

• Working knowledge of current structural steel codes and standards

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents

• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and estimating-related software
