Requirement 1:

Role: SAP Ariba Procurement Deployment Technical Consultant

Location: Newton Square, PA

Duration: 12+ months

Rate: $market+expenses

Day to Day job Duties: (what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis)
  • Drive ‘best in class’ business processes implementation on SAP Ariba cloud solution
  • Collaborate on most aspects of an SAP Ariba On-Demand implementation including (but not limited to): solutions design, business rule development, user interface configuration and customization, external system integration, technical / end-user training and project management.
  • Influence the opinions and decisions of clients leveraging proven best practices
  • Assist the customer with data extraction from their existing systems, ensuring adherence to data specifications, and resulting in successful integration with SAP Ariba On-Demand Solutions.
  • Coordinate the customer and various groups within SAP Ariba such as Sales, Engineering, Technical Support and Solutions Marketing
  • Responsible for customer satisfaction during the successful deployment of solutions.
  • Maintain regular communications with Customer representatives during implementation to keep them appraised of current project status
  • Lead internal and external resources to optimize customer impact
  • Proactively collaborates and drives the internal team to anticipate and respond to issues that could impact solution deployment Successfully execute tasks and activities at all project phases and build an exemplary track record in providing customer satisfaction.

Basic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each)

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in IT Consulting
  • Proven experience in IT- or procurement- deployment consulting
  • Experience with SAP Ariba solutions
  • Strong consulting skills, including written/verbal communication and teamwork
  • Basic SQL query knowledge • Basic object-oriented programming concepts understanding
  • Excellent project management skills • Experience with SAP solutions (e.g. SAP SRM, ECC/MM, S4, other)
  • Knowledge of procurement operations and/or e-procurement tools
  • High level of competency in process design and configuration
  • Functional / business process experience in the following areas: General Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Invoicing Degree: Bachelor’s degree in business/computer sciences or Master’s degree in any science Travel: Ability to travel within one’s region up to 25%. Nice to Have; (But not a must)

Requirement 2:

Role: Ariba P2P Enablement Lead

Location: Newton Square, PA

Duration: 9+ months

Rate: $market+expenses

Job Duties: • Discuss procurement business and system requirements with prospects and customers. • Conduct workshops, Requirement workshops with business stake holders for Buying & Invoicing processes • Design and implement a solution for various processes involved in reconciliation of invoices for payments and ensure compliance to appropriate local and federal tax regulations • Perform due diligence to gain a thorough understanding of client’s organization and workflow • Build and update solution that enables organizations to evaluate their suppliers based on their business criteria • Design & build integration mechanism to exchange Supplier data between Ariba Buying/Invoicing and backed ERPs like SAP ECC • Provide strong technical understanding of the product with the ability to discuss and demonstrate the full platform and how it may be configured to meet a customer’s business needs • Determine client configuration requirements and guide client toward best practices for long term success • Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables to ensure compliance with current business strategies • Provide analytical guidance to project team. Recommend and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems. • Work closely with customers as their technical advisor during the implementation phase • Work closely with customers to identify training requirements, guide them in their training activities The Ideal Candidate Will Have: • Thorough knowledge of Ariba Procurement processes for Requisition, Purchase Orders, Receiving, Invoicing, Catalog Management and industry best practices • As the lead Techno Functional consultant led at least 2 projects in implementation of Ariba P2P/P2O, Buying & Invoicing using Ariba Cloud solutions • 5 – 8 years of experience supporting global (on-shore/off-shore/near-shore), enterprise-wide delivery engagements with one or more of the following Ariba modules Order Management/Procurement/P2P, Supplier Lifecycle Management/ Supplier Information & Performance Management, PO/Invoice Automation and ERP integration with Ariba Network using various integration technologies like business suite direct Add-on, SAP PI Adapter etc. Other preferred characteristics include: • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial attitude • Client facing presence and experience interacting with multiple levels within an organization, including executive leadership • Possess the skills necessary to enter into a new client and perform an assessment of the organizational needs • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with prospect/client Subject Matter Experts • Ability to deliver projects successfully under fixed time constraints • Thrive on collaborating with the implementation team as well as internal and external customers

Requirement 3:

Role: Ariba Technical Lead

Location: Newton Square, PA

Duration: 2+ months

Rate: $market + expenses

Job Duties: • Ensure correct configuration/implementation of SAP PI adapters (IDOCs, RFC, JDBC, File, Proxy, SOAP, REST) as needed for the solution components. • Support efforts during the performance tuning and code optimization of PI/PO Interfaces. • Develop and maintain working relationships with a diverse group of business, functional and technical people. • Ensure adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables to ensure compliance with current business strategies • Provide technical and analytical guidance to project team. Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: • 3-5+ years of experience supporting global (on-shore/off-shore/near-shore), enterprise-wide delivery engagements with one or more of the following Ariba modules Order Management/Procurement/P2P, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance, PO/Invoice Automation and ERP integration with Ariba Network using various integration technologies like business suite direct Add-on, SAP PI Adapter etc. • In depth experience with SAP ECC technical operations management. • Must have experience with administering and implementing enhancement pack upgrades and integrating SAP applications with the Active Directory and Integration with SAP Ariba. • Lead client through the development, design and implementation of technical security functionality and improvements. • Strong expertise in SAP Applications Technical Architecture design, Technical Security. • Technical Landscape design and documentation and Technical platform for tools used to test SAP applications. • Integration of SAP and related non-SAP applications into the existing infrastructure, including processing hardware, storage and network • Establish audit programs for controls; collaborate with auditors to provide key SAP Security information. • Develop and maintain security risk assessments; conduct analysis & determine remediation plans & implement/monitor. • Thorough knowledge of various types of software development lifecycles and industry best practices • Ability to compile status of all projects and provide regular reports to Management. • Ability to work in a multi-functional team environment and influence others that impact success. • Experience creating and delivering presentations on project related work to team members, management, and customers. • Flexibility to adjust regular business hours to the needs of global customers. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Comfortable working on large deployment projects with multiple internal and external project teams. • Preferred Job Specific Specialized Knowledge & Skills: • Able to solve a wide range of issues in practical ways leveraging the existing SAP Ariba solution set. • Familiarity and/or aptitude with SAP technologies including SAP ECC backend systems including S/4 and HANA. • SAP technical experience with IDOC integration, BASIS, SAP ERP knowledge (MM/SD) preferred. • Understanding of the functional processes involved in SAP Ariba solutions and their integration touchpoints. • Ability to adapt support style to align with the technical capabilities of the customer. • Strong knowledge of Procurement and Payable processes.

Requirement 4:

Role: SAP Ariba Field Technical Consultant- 2 positions

Location: Newton Square, PA

Duration: 10+ months

Rate: $market + expenses

Day to Day job Duties: (what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis) Consult customers on ecommerce applications and integration options and recommended processes • Advise customers on creative and flexible solutions to speed applications and integration and ultimately transactions to drive their business • Engage with project team independently with minimal manager/leadership over site • Lead and facilitate customer technical sessions to identify and document customer requirements • Lead regular scheduled conference calls to ensure project status is tracking as planned • Coordinate and manage testing process with customer from engagement to deployment • Assist in resolving issues related to transmission of electronic documents via the Ariba Network and Ariba On Demand solutions • Issue / Status Tracking– Provides weekly updates and escalates critical issues to Team and Project management in a timely manner Basic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each) • Minimum 5 years of consulting experience. 2+ years in SAP Ariba and/or 5+ years in SAP ECC or S/4 HANA tech Travel: Ability to travel within one’s region up to 80%. Degree: Bachelor’s degree in business/computer sciences or Master’s degree in any science, or equivalent work experience. Nice to Have; (But not a must)
