Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a reliable and experienced Home Health RN for a 13-week contract assignment in Camp Hill, PA. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills and a solid understanding of OASIS and Homecare Homebase. This position involves providing compassionate care to patients in their homes, making a true impact in their day-to-day lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home nursing visits

• Complete accurate documentation using HCHB

• Perform Start of Care, Resumption of Care, Recertifications, and Discharges

• Coordinate patient care plans and communicate with healthcare teams

• Participate in on-call rotations as needed

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Pennsylvania

• Minimum 2 years of home health experience

• Proficiency with OASIS and Homecare Homebase required

• Current BLS certification (AHA)

• Reliable transportation and car insurance

• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
