Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Forklift Operator for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Bethlehem, PA. This role is ideal for an experienced warehouse professional with stand-up reach truck experience, RF scanner skills, and a strong commitment to accuracy, productivity, and safe material handling.

As a Forklift Operator, you will support daily warehouse operations including picking, replenishment, shipping, receiving, inventory control, and quality checks. Key Responsibilities

- Operate stand-up reach trucks, dock stockers, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Pick, store, replenish, load, unload, and move inventory using RF scanners and warehouse systems.
- Support shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, inventory transactions, and cycle counts.
- Inspect inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy, quality, and damage.
- Complete daily forklift inspections, report equipment issues, and maintain a clean, organized warehouse following 5S standards.
- Follow all safety procedures, warehouse policies, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour.
- Job Type: Temporary to Hire.
- Location: Bethlehem, PA 18017.
- Shift: 1st Shift, Monday to Friday, 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Operate a stand-up reach truck and dock stocker to move, store, pick, and replenish materials.
- Process shipping, receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment transactions accurately.
- Use RF scanners to support warehouse productivity, accuracy, and inventory control.
- Perform inspections, cycle counts, quality checks, and warehouse organization tasks.

- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience required.
- At least 1 year of stand-up reach truck or dock stocker forklift experience required.
- Experience using RF scanners required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently and team lift heavier items as needed.
- Strong math, reading comprehension, and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, reliability, and dependability.
- Ability to follow instructions, meet productivity standards, and work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous forklift certification, including Reach Truck, Dock Stocker, or Sit-Down Forklift.
- Experience with shipping, receiving, cycle counting, inventory accuracy, and outbound freight quality inspections.
- Familiarity with 5S warehouse organization standards and safety-focused warehouse environments.
