Summary

We are seeking an Automotive Technician to join our dynamic team at Michalak's. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a wide range of automotive issues, ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service and their vehicles are operating safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive inspections on vehicles to identify issues accurately.
• Execute repairs on various automotive systems including powertrain, electrical, and mechanical components.
• Utilize hand tools and equipment effectively to maintain high-quality standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with teammates about repairs needed and completed.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used for each vehicle.
• Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or similar role.
• Strong understanding of basic automotive systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals.
• Experience with ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Quality repairs without comebacks - attention to detail.
