SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Responsible for managing Quality and Performance Improvement (QAPI) activity at Holy Spirit Medical Center and Hampden Medical Center. Supports, educates and guides PI compliance through systematic, integrated quality improvement.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

Bachelor's degree required
-
Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) within three (3) years of hire or transfer to role.
-
Three (3) years of related experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):

Performance Improvement experience
-
Management experience
-
Performance Improvement training White belt/Yellow belt
