Landscape/Hardscape Installation Crew

Position Overview:

Sarver Landscape is seeking motivated, dependable, and hard-working individuals to join our team as Landscape/Hardscape Crew Members . This position is hands-on and field-based, working outdoors to install and maintain high-quality residential and commercial landscapes and hardscapes. Candidates should have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation of hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, fire pits, and outdoor kitchens using materials like pavers, stone, and concrete.

• Perform landscape installations including planting trees, shrubs, and perennials, grading soil, laying sod, and spreading mulch.

• Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment (e.g., skid steers, compactors, saws, hand tools).

• Follow project plans, blueprints, and instructions from crew leaders or supervisors.

• Maintain a clean and safe job site.

• Load and unload materials and tools each day.

• Work in a variety of outdoor weather conditions.

Requirements:

• Experience in landscaping or hardscaping preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.

• Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety practices.

• Reliable transportation

• Willingness to work extended hours and occasional weekends during peak season.

• Valid driver’s license (preferred).
