Administrative Assistant

We are working with a law firm in Paoli, PA looking for a temporary administrative assistant to support the front office. Support includes receptionist duties, customer service, operations tasks, and more. The ideal candidate will have professional corporate office experience and be open to a short term contract. • Greeting clients and managing the overall lobby atmosphere.
• Coordinating appointments and managing attorney calendars.
• Answering and directing calls to the appropriate parties with professionalism.
• Maintaining case records through diligent scanning, filing, and digital organization.
