Marketing and Graphic Design Specialist Part-Time (up to 25 hours/week - partially remote), $19.00 - $27/per hour

The Marketing and Graphic Design Specialist will play a vital role in this mission by developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, creating impactful graphic designs, and maintaining a robust social media presence.

The Marketing and Graphic Design Specialist will enhance awareness, support fundraising efforts, and ensure consistent branding across all digital and print materials. They will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, create engaging content for digital campaigns, and manage our WordPress-based website. Responsibilities include designing visually appealing materials for print and digital platforms, ensuring all designs adhere to our brand guidelines, and maintaining a library of images and templates. They will develop and manage a content calendar for social media, create posts that encourage community engagement, and monitor social media channels. Additionally, they will assist with fundraising campaigns and events, collaborating with the Development Director to enhance donor engagement and support successful events.

Qualifications needed are a Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred (e.g., PR, Marketing, communication studies) and or career experience respected. Experience in marketing, outreach, and awareness building is preferred, and nonprofit experience is a plus. Competitive benefits package; salary based on experience.
