Business Transactional Paralegal

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Business Transactional Paralegal to support our attorneys in a variety of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions and contract negotiations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our transactions run smoothly and efficiently, while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and professionalism. Key Responsibilities- Assist attorneys in preparing and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and closing documents.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to support transactional activities.
- Organize and maintain transaction files and documentation, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate communication between clients, attorneys, and third parties to facilitate transactions.
- Prepare and track due diligence materials and closing checklists.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal, with a focus on business transactional work.
- Strong understanding of legal terminology and principles related to transactions.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
