Office Administrator

Responsibilities
- Answer and manage incoming calls professionally, ensuring callers are directed to the appropriate departments promptly and accurately.
- Provide administrative support across the organization, assisting with tasks and inquiries as needed.
- Perform a variety of office administration duties to maintain efficient daily operations.
- Complete data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Professional demeanor and communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers; experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a corporate environment.
