Maintenance Technician

We are seeking to hire a Maintenance Technician.

• $17.99 to $20.07 per hour based on skills and experience.
• Full-Time: 7am to 3:30pm; Monday - Friday plus Weekends as Needed.

Qualifications of Maintenance Technician:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with maintenance and repairs including patch/painting, wallpapering, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.

Maintenance Technician Job Summary:

• Complete daily maintenance/custodial assignments with minimal supervision.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs including painting, wallpapering, plumbing, plastering, electrical, carpentry and mechanical repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance on facility equipment as specified by manufacturer’s manuals and in compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Report maintenance needs, equipment malfunctions, defective equipment, and unsafe or hazardous conditions to Maintenance Supervisor or Director.
• Maintain all required and routine records of inspections, preventive maintenance and repairs performed on any equipment or system.
• Dust, mop, and use floor machines to clean and disinfect floors
• Keep work areas clean and keep tools and equipment properly stored.
