Jr. Business Analyst

- 2 years experience in process analysis and improvements.
- Experience with gathering documenting and managing business requirements.
- Proficient in SQL
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Systems or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis) are a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in process modeling and mapping tools (e.g. Microsoft Visio).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Knowledge of business analysis frameworks and methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall).
- Familiarity with project management tools and techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Comfortable conducting data analysis when needed.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Process Analysis (40%)
- Analyze and document current business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Conduct process mapping sessions and workflows to develop comprehensive understanding of business operations.
- Recommend process changes or optimizations to enhance business performance.
- Collaborate with business units to implement process improvements and monitor their effectiveness.
- Requirements Gathering & Documentation (30%)
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather detailed requirements for new systems or changes to existing systems.
- Create clear concise and comprehensive requirement documents that define functional and non-functional specifications.
- Ensure that requirements are aligned with business needs and objectives.
- Facilitate discussions and workshops to refine requirements and ensure understanding among all stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Collaboration (15%)
- Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and the development team.
- Organize and lead meetings to gather information and clarify requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders to understand evolving needs.
- Testing and Validation (10%)
- Assist in the creation of test plans test cases and user acceptance testing (UAT) for new solutions.
- Ensure that implemented solutions meet business requirements and are fully functional.
- Reporting and Documentation (5%)
- Prepare and maintain reports and documentation related to process improvements requirements analysis and project progress.
- Provide status updates to senior management and other stakeholders.
