As the Lead Veterinarian, you'll provide mentorship to associate doctors, encourage clinical collaboration, and help maintain the hospital's high standards of patient care while promoting a positive, team-focused culture. •Eligible for veterinary licensure in Pennsylvania
•Minimum of two years of clinical experience
•Previous leadership or mentorship experience is advantageous
