Global Talent Partners is proud to present an exciting opportunity for a Lead Veterinarian to join a well-established AAHA-accredited companion animal hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced veterinarian looking to step into a clinical leadership position while continuing to practice high-quality medicine. You'll lead an established veterinary team, mentor associate veterinarians, and help shape the clinical direction of a respected hospital known for its commitment to patient care, collaboration, and professional development.

Working closely with the Practice Manager, you'll play a key role in maintaining exceptional medical standards while fostering a positive and engaged team culture where both people and patients thrive.

Requirements

•Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree
•Eligible for veterinary licensure in Pennsylvania
•Minimum of two years of clinical experience
•Previous leadership or mentorship experience is advantageous
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•Passion for developing veterinary teams and delivering exceptional patient care
•Interest in hospital operations and clinical leadership
