The Concept

Silver Side Cafe & Creamery is a unique, dual-concept destination housed in a restored 1950s diner. We blend Nostalgic Charm with Modern Craft . Our coffee program is built on technical precision, community connection, and the belief that there is a "Silver Side" to every struggle.

The Role

We are seeking a professional Barista to lead our coffee service and act as a key contributor to our growing brand. This role is for a technically proficient individual who views coffee as a craft and hospitality as a priority. You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our espresso and coffee program, providing world-class service, and collaborating on the next generation of Silver Side offerings.

Key Responsibilities

Coffee Service Leadership: Manage the daily operations of the espresso bar with absolute consistency. Execute precise extraction protocols and maintain flavor profiles to ensure every cup meets our "Modern Craft" standard.

Outstanding Customer Service: Above all else , the ability to create a warm welcoming space for the local families, and community we serve.

Innovation & Development: Assist in the research and development of new seasonal drinks and signature offerings. Proactively suggest menu refinements and workflow improvements to keep our offerings competitive and fresh.

Technical & Operational Excellence: Master the operation of our 3-stem espresso machine and commercial brewing equipment. Maintain a clean, high-performance workspace within our historic building.

Service Synergy: While your focus is the coffee program, you will provide essential support to the creamery side of the business during peak times to ensure a unified and efficient guest experience.

Requirements
