What You’ll Do:

• • Welcome customers with professionalism in a luxury environment.
• • Schedule service appointments and manage shop workflow.
• • Document customer concerns and present repair recommendations clearly.
• • Serve as the link between technicians and customers, ensuring accuracy and trust.
• • Review completed work and invoices with customers at pick-up.
• • Follow up to build long-term customer relationships.
• • Achieve service sales and customer satisfaction goals.
• • Stay current on Lincoln products, recalls, and service updates.

What We’re Looking For:

• • Service Advisor or automotive experience preferred, not required—strong customer service skills from any industry welcome.
• • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• • Basic automotive knowledge (Lincoln experience is a plus).
• • Proficiency with Reynolds & Reynolds or similar systems.
• • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
