Nurse Practitioner
- Monday-Friday 9-4 (every other Saturday 10-2) – can be flexible, Hybrid Model
Opioid Treatment Services
- Evaluate patients for Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), including Suboxone, Sublocade, and Brixadi
- Initiate and manage treatment plans for opioid use disorder
- Monitor patient progress, adjust medications as needed, and provide ongoing clinical support
- Collaborate with counseling staff to ensure integrated care
- Assess, treat, and manage acute and chronic wounds
- Develop individualized wound care plans and monitor healing progress
- Perform procedures such as debridement (as credentialed) and dressing changes
- Educate patients on wound prevention and at-home care
Medicaid billing experience
Active Nurse Practitioner license
