We are currently looking to build our team and are interviewing for a Fitness Studio & Sales Manager at our Pittsburgh South Hills location.

As a valued member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping the studio environment and fostering a positive, energetic atmosphere for both staff and members. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about fitness, possess strong leadership skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, community-focused setting.

We provide substantial paid training, certifications, and support to ensure your success. Compensation includes base pay, monthly commissions, and bonuses (YOU CONTROL WHAT YOU EARN!!!) with benefits including 401k eligibility, paid time off, a free studio membership, and product discounts.

Candidates interested in joining our team should expect to be successful in the following:

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the studio.
• Managing and motivating the sales team to reach targets.
• Developing sales strategies to increase membership acquisition and retention.
• Ensuring excellent customer service and member satisfaction.
• Maintaining the studio's cleanliness, safety, and equipment functionality.
• Utilizing social media and all other marketing and advertising media to engage members and the community, and to help grow the member base and brand awareness daily.
• Using online platforms and software for customer relations management processes, POS systems for membership sales, billing, and collections, as well as for email and texting campaigns.
• Analyzing data to make informed business decisions.

Our ideal candidates have previous management/sales experience, fitness certification, and or degree in a related field, strong interest in helping others achieve a healthier lifestyle, while benefiting from rewarding performance-based commissions and bonuses.
