Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Director of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts with vision, strategic insight, and inspiring leadership. This full-time, senior position is pivotal in crafting our brand identity, driving customer engagement, and fueling growth in an exciting and competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and Inspire : Manage and empower a high-performing marketing team to deliver innovative strategies.
- Strategize and Execute : Develop a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with overarching business goals.
- Oversee Core Functions : Drive excellence across brand strategy, digital marketing, content creation, public relations, demand generation, and product marketing.
- Analyze and Optimize : Set goals and KPIs, track performance, and make data-driven decisions to enhance outcomes.
- Foster Collaboration : Work cross-functionally with sales, product, customer service, and leadership teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with company objectives.
- Resource Management : Oversee the marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and ensure ROI for campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay Ahead : Keep abreast of market trends and industry best practices to maintain competitiveness.
- Represent Leadership : Participate in senior leadership meetings and contribute to overall business strategy.
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience :
- 7+ years in progressive marketing roles.
- Minimum 3 years in senior leadership/director roles.
- Proven ability to manage and grow diverse teams.
- Skills :
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand development, analytics, and customer acquisition.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation capabilities.
- Results-oriented mindset and a history of delivering impactful marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in marketing tools (CRM, analytics platforms, automation, CMS, etc.).
- Leadership :
- Exceptional leadership and motivational skills to foster team creativity and accountability.
- Ability to think strategically while executing detailed tactical plans.
- Location : Remote opportunity, with occasional travel for company events, vendor meetings, or client discussions.
