Job Summary

If you're interested in the Mid-Level Maintenance Technician job , then this is the best role for you! Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining facilities, machinery, and equipment used for production and field operations. Duties include routine preventative maintenance, exterior grounds care, and light janitorial tasks. This full-time role requires a 40-hour workweek with flexibility for seasonal overtime.

Job Description

• Perform minor repairs to buildings and light equipment (e.g., replacing light bulbs, minor plumbing, greenhouse irrigation and cooling system maintenance).
• Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance tasks on time.
• Inspect company vehicles, maintain cleanliness, and schedule maintenance through approved service outlets.
• Perform routine groundskeeping (mowing, edging, weed control, etc.).
• Complete parts and supply run as needed.
• Assist with troubleshooting mechanical breakdowns.
• Load and unload truck shipments.
• Handle assigned work orders and requests promptly.
• Use power and hand tools safely, keeping them clean and well maintained.

Skills Required

• 1–3 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a manufacturing or agricultural setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and internet applications.
• Problem-solving and time-management abilities.
• Safety-focused mindset.
• Attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to operate and repair standard farm equipment (tractors, planters, irrigation equipment) is a plus

Education/Training/Certifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift experience (current or recent certification preferred).

Additional Requirements

• Must pass a drug screening and criminal background check.
• Shift: 08 :00 AM
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including standing, bending, pulling, pushing, climbing, and lifting 20–50 pounds regularly (team lift for over 50 pounds).
• Willingness to work flexible hours and seasonal overtime.

Pay Rate/Salary

• Estimated Salary : $23 .00 to $31 .00 per hour based on qualifications.
