Quality Technician
Bradford, PA | Full-Time | 1 shift or 2nd shift | Precision-Focused Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Technician to join our team in Lewis Run, PA. In this hands-on manufacturing-based role, you’ll ensure that every product coming into & leaving our facility meets rigorous standards for quality, compliance, and craftsmanship.

What Will You Do?
As a Quality Technician, you’ll be responsible for monitoring and verifying product quality throughout the production cycle. Key duties include:
Performing in-process and final product inspections to ensure compliance with
- Inspect all materials and equipment and ensure they are in accordance with spec
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final product inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and customer expectations
- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
- Participate in First Article Inspections and recommend process improvements
- Document inspection results, test data, and product disposition
- Support internal audits, corrective/preventive actions
- Perform quality evaluations — including surface finish, borescope inspections, and regulatory code compliance (ASME/BPE, 3A, PED, MOM)
- Provide technical support to production teams regarding product quality
- Obtain VTII Certification-training provided
Tools & Technology
- Inspection tools: Calipers, Pin Gauges, Scales, Height Gage, Profilometers including calibration and maintenance of quality tools
- Digital tools: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Dynamic AX ERP system, PDF software
What is Required?
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two-year degree in a related field or equivalent work experience (2+ years)
- Use of proper PPE as safety is a top priority
- Strong math, measurement, and blueprint reading skills
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to read technical procedures, work instructions, and regulatory documentation
- Ability to work independently as well as cross functionally
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50lbs. with frequent standing, walking, reaching and use of fine motor skills
- Strong commitment to quality, compliance, and continuous improvement
Schedule & Compensation
- Schedule: 1st or 2nd shift
- Hourly Rate: $18-$20, commensurate with experience and qualifications
- Shift Differential Pay: $0.50 per hour for 2nd shift
- Incentives: Eligible for gain sharing
- Additional Hours: Overtime and/or weekend coverage as needed
