About Wealth Protection Solutions Wealth Protection Solutions is a rapidly growing, independent insurance agency based in Pennsylvania. Founded by a dedicated industry professional, we are moving into a high-growth phase and are seeking our very first sales agents. We are committed to building a reliable, ethical, and highly motivated team focused on selling Health and Medicare products. We offer a supportive system designed to let agents focus entirely on sales, not prospecting.

The Opportunity: Tired of Selling to Friends and Family? This is a unique, 100% commission-only (1099) opportunity for hungry and coachable agents. We eliminate the frustration of cold calling and networking by providing you with 5-10 Pre-scheduled Appointments Provided Weekly, scaling to 10-15+ pre-scheduled appointments per week (scaling up rapidly). This is a sink-or-swim position with high earning potential for the agent who is a true self-starter. You will be one of our first agents, offering significant room for growth as the company scales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Closing: Attend and close pre-scheduled appointments (both in-person and virtual) provided by the company's AI marketing campaign.

  • Product Knowledge: Quickly learn and accurately present Health and Medicare insurance products to prospective clients.

  • Client Management: Manage pipeline and follow up on leads and prospects to ensure maximum conversion rates.

  • Reporting: Track and report sales activity, performance metrics, and client feedback.

  • System Adherence: Fully commit to and follow the agency’s established sales and training systems.

Qualifications

  • Licensing (Mandatory): Must hold an active Health Insurance License in the state of Pennsylvania (PA).

  • Mindset: Highly self-motivated, honest, and hungry for success. Must be coachable and willing to grow with a new company.

  • Experience: Previous sales experience (insurance or otherwise) is strongly preferred. Experience with Medicare products is a plus.

  • Technology: Must be proficient with computer systems (CRM), email, and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom).

  • Work Status: Must be comfortable working as a 1099 Independent Contractor (Commission Only).

Compensation & Perks

  • Compensation: 100% Commission Only. High earning potential based solely on performance.

  • Leads: 5-10 Pre-scheduled Appointments Provided Weekly, Scaling to 10-15+ (non-captive model).

  • Flexibility: Fully remote position; work from anywhere, provided you maintain your PA license.
