The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the organization's financial health and growth strategy. You will leverage your expertise in FP&A processes, along with your technical skills in PeopleSoft, Essbase, and Excel, to create accurate forecasts, analyze financial performance, and provide insightful recommendations to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders across the organization to develop and maintain comprehensive financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
• Utilize PeopleSoft and Essbase to manage financial data, automate processes, and generate reports.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability metrics.
• Prepare insightful presentations and reports to communicate financial results and trends to senior management.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of FP&A activities.
• Participate in the month-end close process and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Stay abreast of current financial trends and best practices in FP&A.
• Lead and mentor junior FP&A team members.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Proven experience with PeopleSoft, Essbase, and Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Leadership experience (desired).
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Experience with expense and revenue analysis.
