Job Title: Field Technician

Job Description

We are seeking entry-level construction laborers with at least 6 months of field experience. Candidates must be proficient at reading a tape measure, using power tools and basic tools, and operating a computer with Microsoft Office and Excel to log performance. Safety awareness is essential. Responsibilities include dismantling window frames, roof shingles, garage doors, and door frames. You will work on-site, partnering with customers in the construction materials industry to test new products and provide feedback.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret tape measures accurately.
• Utilize cordless drills and basic hand tools effectively.
• Uninstall framing for windows and doors.
• Operate a computer using Microsoft Office and Excel to document daily production.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.

Essential Skills

• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Proficiency in using cordless drills and basic hand tools.
• Experience in uninstalling window and door frames.
• Competence in operating a computer, specifically Microsoft Office and Excel.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of York, PA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
