We are looking for a dedicated and skilled individual to join our healthcare team as an Occupational Therapist. This vital role involves providing comprehensive therapy services to enhance the quality of life for patients by promoting mobility, independence, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities of an Occupational Therapist

• Conduct detailed assessments to understand patients' functional abilities and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement targeted therapeutic interventions to improve daily living skills and adaptive techniques.
• Educate patients and families on strategies to maximize home and community independence.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and other healthcare professionals, for holistic patient care.
• Document patient progress meticulously and adjust treatment plans to meet evolving patient goals and needs.

Schedule and Shift Details

This is a full-time position with M-F 8am-5pm; no weekends, holidays or on call

Territory/Driving Expectation: Lycoming County

Qualifications and Requirements

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of employment.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in occupational therapy preferred.
• ANY of the following AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, AHA PALS
• Ability to travel to various care settings; must have reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with patients and caregivers.
• OT License number
