We are seeking dynamic, experienced Front of House Manager for our busy restaurant.

Support hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance development of team members.
Customer Service
Foster a welcoming atmosphere, ensure guest satisfaction, and resolve concerns with professionalism.
Operations Oversight
Oversee daily service, maintain standards, and ensure a clean, safe, and efficient environment.
Inventory Management
Assist with ordering, tracking inventory, and ensuring proper storage and rotation of supplies.
Financial Support
Contribute to monitoring sales, budgeting, and financial reporting as needed.
Compliance
Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and company policies.
Experience : Prior restaurant leadership or supervisory experience required.
Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Leadership : Proven ability to motivate, guide, and develop teams.
Problem-Solving : Skilled at resolving conflicts and handling challenges effectively.
Organization : Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
Food Safety : Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards.
Customer Focus : A commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
