8, 10, 12, & 24s – B & B w/ No OB – To the Upper $400Ks with little OT, Outside Pittsburgh
This CRNA role is ideal for providers who want a clean, bread-and-butter practice with no OB , no call , and flexible shift options including 8s, 10s, 12s, or optional 24-hour shifts for a compressed week. CRNAs here enjoy predictable clinical days, a nice degree of autonomy and the ability to scale income, with many experienced clinicians earning toward the $450Ks–$500K range without much overtime. Six-figure bonuses are available for both new graduates and experienced providers, and structured escalators increase your base rate early in your tenure.

Located outside of Pittsburgh, you will have great access to the city as well as the numerous charming towns in PA, OH and WV.
