Operations Finance Intern (Hybrid)

This hybrid position will be located at our Corporate Office in Camp Hill, PA. Expectations for hybrid in-office schedule is three days a week, typically Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Foot Locker, Inc. , a leading footwear and apparel retailer that unlocks the “inner sneakerhead” in all of us , is currently looking to hire a motivated and detail-oriented Finance and Accounting Intern to join our Operations Finance team for our Summer 2026 internship program . This internship is located at our Camp Hill Corporate Financial Service Center in Camp Hill, PA. The position will support and learn Supply Chain, Technology, and Procurement Finance, along with accounting practices. The internship provides an excellent opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in the field of finance and accounting while working with a dynamic and supportive team.

The Finance and Accounting Intern will assist with various tasks related to financial analysis, accounting processes, and reporting. This internship is designed to provide practical experience, exposure to industry practices and insight into the day-to-day operations of a finance and accounting department.

The program potentially starts May 18th and ends August 7th. Th e internship will not have housing provided, so applicants must be local and/or be able to live or relocate near Camp Hill on their own.

• Assist with the preparation of financial analysis, reports, and account reconciliations
• Support the Operations Finance teams with month-end accounting and close processes
• Help maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Aid in the creation of forecasts, comparing actual results to budgeted figures and providing insights into discrepancies
• Help identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiencies
• Support the reconciliation of operational accounts
• Provide general administrative support to the finance and accounting team as needed

To qualify for an internship with Foot Locker, individuals must:

• Pursuing B achelor’s or Masters degree in in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field from an accredited college or university
  • Finance emphasis preferred
• Be a Winter 2026 or Spring 2027 grad
• Be available to work remotely Monday-Friday (40 hours a week)
  • A standard day is 8am to 5pm ET
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products ( i.e. Excel, Word, etc.)
• Write simple correspondence and e ffectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of basic accounting principles and financial concepts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, eager-to-learn attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Be able to live in and/or relocate to Camp Hill for the internship and if offered a full-time role after the internship
