Our Tri-state area's premier electrical contractor is seeking experienced Electrical Mechanics and Foremen for our commercial division in Souderton, PA. As an Electrical Mechanic or Foreman, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of various commercial electrical projects, overseeing and participating in installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in electrical work, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Electrical Mechanic:

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components in commercial buildings, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.

  • Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan and execute work assignments.

  • Collaborate with other trades and team members to achieve project goals and meet deadlines.

  • Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring proper functioning and safety.

• Foreman:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of Electrical Mechanics and other team members, ensuring adherence to project specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards.* Plan and schedule work assignments, monitoring progress, and addressing any issues that arise.

  • Communicate with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.

  • Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of electrical experience in a commercial setting.

• Strong understanding of electrical systems, components, and installation techniques.

• Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and work effectively as part of a team.

• Valid driver's license; CDL license is a plus.
